Localization
South Sumba. About 100 km south of Waingapu.
Access
Quite difficult. About one hour by plane from Kupang to Waingapu, than about 2 hours by a 4x4 vehicle from Waingapu to Kanagar, and proceed on foot to the Park.
Characteristic
470 km2; Rather flat to undulating landscape located on the southeast and south, while in the west and east has a hilly to mountainous topography with slopes having a bit steep to very steep. Average altitude of 800 m (total atitude 0-1,225 m asl). Typical ecosystems: dry semidecidiuos forest, tropical evergreen forest, mountain forest, mountains lower than 4000 m.
